Privacy policy
Your content and connected accounts stay under your control.
This policy explains what CodeWithWho Publisher handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
Information you provide
We process information that you voluntarily provide when using the service. This can include your contact information, video files, titles, captions, scheduling choices, and other context you enter to prepare a post.
Social account authorization
When you choose to connect a social account, the relevant platform may provide account identifiers, authorization details, and OAuth access or refresh tokens. OAuth tokens may be securely processed and stored only as needed to provide the publishing functionality you request. We do not ask for or store your social account password.
Uploaded content
Videos, captions, and related post details may be uploaded, temporarily stored, transformed, or transferred to a selected platform in order to prepare, schedule, or publish your content. A post is sent only to destinations you select through an available integration.
How information is used
- To provide content preparation, review, scheduling, and publishing features.
- To maintain account connections and troubleshoot requested operations.
- To protect the service from misuse and meet legal obligations.
- To communicate with you when you contact us.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the service for surveillance, scrape social networks, or train AI models using users' private social data. We do not collect unrelated social-platform data for advertising profiles.
Service providers and platforms
Data may be processed by services needed to operate requested features. Depending on the integrations you enable, these may include TikTok, YouTube or Google, LinkedIn, X, Postiz, Vercel, and selected automation or AI providers. Each third party processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We aim to share only what is needed to deliver the requested operation.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, complete requested publishing actions, resolve issues, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can stop using the service or revoke access from the connected social platform's account settings. Revocation prevents future access through that authorization but may not remove content already published. You may contact us to ask about deletion of information held by CodeWithWho Publisher.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service and its integrations change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
