Clear terms for creator-controlled publishing.

Purpose of the service

CodeWithWho Publisher is a creator tool for preparing, reviewing, scheduling, and, where integrations are available, publishing programming tutorials and educational videos to social platforms. Features may be introduced gradually and are not guaranteed to be available for every platform.

Your content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for videos, text, links, and other material you upload, prepare, or publish. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You are also responsible for reviewing post details, destinations, and schedules before initiating publication.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or harmful content. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use connected accounts that you are not authorized to control.

Platform rules

You must comply with the terms, community guidelines, advertising rules, and API policies of every connected platform, including TikTok, YouTube or Google, LinkedIn, and X. Platform decisions about content, accounts, and access remain outside our control.

Third-party integrations

The service may rely on third parties such as social platforms, Postiz, hosting, automation, storage, or AI providers. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party acts, outages, policy changes, content decisions, or data handling outside our systems.

Availability and API restrictions

Social APIs can impose review requirements, rate limits, scope limits, content restrictions, sandbox rules, or sudden changes. A platform integration may therefore be delayed, limited, suspended, or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or successful delivery of every post.

Authorization and revocation

You may authorize supported platforms to enable requested features. You can disconnect through an available in-app control or revoke access in the platform's own account settings. Revoking authorization can stop pending or future operations and does not remove content already published.

Changes to the service

We may modify, add, limit, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security concerns, or comply with platform requirements. We may also update these terms, with the revised effective date shown on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeWithWho Publisher is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, failed publication, platform action, or third-party integration. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
